Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel before we begin work on your file, we refund the professional fee in full, less any payment gateway charges. Our best price promise applies: if you find similar support at a lower price, you may cancel before we commence work.
After work has started
Once we have started — for example by applying for a DSC or name approval — fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Any unused portion of the professional fee may be refunded at our discretion.
Government fees
Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges (such as DSC issuance) are non-refundable once paid to the authority or vendor.
Rejection by authorities
If an application is rejected, we resubmit it at no extra professional fee where the rejection can be cured. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
